Great White Shark Attack in Monterey Bay - South of San Francisco

A surfer was attacked off Marina State Beach in Monterey Bay, in Central California on Tuesday. An avid surfer, the victim is reported to be in fair condition after going into surgery last night.

- I recently found out about this. I'm in utter disbelief over the incident. I wonder if the border guards had the authority to shoot at the civillians. I mean, whether or not they had the legal authority; no one has the moral authority for that.
